Payment and Refund Policy

Payment, cancellation and refund rules for the services of this business.

Last updated
26 October 2026

This policy explains how orders for the services of tickerzi are confirmed and paid for, and how cancellations and refunds are handled. The prices of our services are published on this website; nothing is bought or paid for on the site itself.

Quotations and confirmation of an order

An order starts with your enquiry by telephone or email. We confirm the service and its price in writing on the basis of the prices published on this website, and the agreement takes effect when you accept that confirmation. If the scope changes while the work is running, any change in price is agreed with you first.

Complaints and remedies

If you are not satisfied with our work, please describe the problem in writing to hello@tickerzi.net within 14 days of the service being provided, so that we can look into it while the circumstances are still clear. We examine the case and propose a correction, a repeat of the service, a partial refund or another remedy that fits the situation.

How a refund is made

Refunds are paid to the original payment method within 14 days of the refund being agreed; where that method can no longer be used, we transfer the amount to a bank account you confirm to us in writing at hello@tickerzi.net. We deduct no processing fee. Where a service was carried out as agreed, its fee is not refunded, and for partly completed work we refund what was not provided, less any material or third-party costs agreed with you beforehand.

Paying invoices

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 14 days after invoicing, and the accepted methods are listed on each invoice, which we send to you by email. Where an advance payment or payment by instalments has been agreed, the amounts and the dates are set out in the quotation. If an invoice remains open, we send a written reminder.

Cancelling a distance contract

Consumers who conclude a contract with us at a distance or away from our business premises have a right to cancel it within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. A clear statement sent to hello@tickerzi.net before that period ends is enough, and work you had already asked us to begin is then settled separately.
